Vtg 1980's Detroit Artist Mary Ewald Pen And Ink Art 3 Cats At A Picnic Black Napkins Ready To Eat Feline Lover
We have a large collection of Mary Ewald various art forms. Pen and Ink, canvas bags, and ornaments. She loved cats and many of her cat pieces are adorable and super whimsical.
Her art work was often showed at the Coach House Gallery that was located on Van Dyke Place in the West Village in Detroit, Michigan. Please see the last photo for an old newspaper article in reference to her showing at the gallery. Detroit Free Press dated Dec. 3, 1981.

This charming, happy group of cats is just precious. Each cat has its own personality. They are ready to enjoy their picnic with their black napkins tied around their neck. The individual bowls are placed on a lovely checkered picnic tablecloth. Signed and hand written, Mary Ewald 80.
