Star Water Systems presents the 1/2 HP cast iron shallow well pump designed for shallow wells with suction lifts from 0' to 25' (0 to 8 m). These shallow well jet pumps provide capacities up to 930 GPH (3,520 LPH) and pressures up to 50 psi with a 115/230 dual-voltage motor. These shallow water pumps have a sturdy cast iron construction. The jet water pump includes an ejector for easy serviceability and consists of a pressure switch. The thermal overload of this shallow well water pump protects against overheating. The well pump has a special priming port and large volume for easy priming. This shallow water pump has a carbon/ceramic mechanical shaft seal. It has a continuous duty unit-frame 56 frame motor (NEMA J adaptable). Capacitor start motors provide maximum starting torque. This well pump is corrosion resistant. This shallow well water system pump is CSA and UL listed.
