The Shure SBC250-US is a charging station with two bays and network capability, purpose built for ULXD6 and ULXD8 wireless microphone transmitters. It streamlines daily routines by letting you dock each transmitter with its battery still inside, removing the extra step of taking batteries out of the housing.
The charging process is quick. A one hour dock brings an SB900A battery to about fifty percent, and a full cycle finishes in roughly three hours. Each bay has an LED that changes from red to green to show progress, so you can confirm readiness at a glance.
When you connect the station to your network by Ethernet, Shure Wireless Workbench software displays live battery data and allows firmware updates and setting adjustments. The same information can be passed to control systems such as AMX and Crestron, giving facility managers a unified view of microphone status from their touch panels.
An internal power supply that accepts 100 to 240 VAC means there is no external brick to mount or lose, and the station can travel between regions without modification. For permanent installs, you can secure it in a rack or on a wall by adding the optional URT3 tray.
