Shure A-900-R-GM Gripple-Mount Kit for Round MXA920 Microphones (Black)

The Shure A900B-R-GM is a suspension kit that lets you hang a round MXA920 ceiling array microphone from steel cables rather than attaching it directly to the ceiling. Using Gripple wire joiner fittings, the kit creates a neat floating installation that looks intentional and professional while keeping sight lines clear.

Inside the box you will find a black back cover that matches the microphone, three 10 foot steel cables, three Gripple Angel Side Hook connectors, and eight cable ties. Together these pieces give installers everything they need to position the microphone exactly where coverage is best and to dress the cables so they stay out of view.

The hardware supports up to 33 pounds, more than enough margin for a single MXA920 along with any necessary wiring. It works perfectly in rooms with high or exposed ceilings, historic spaces where drilling is restricted, multipurpose halls that need flexible rigging points, or conference tables that would otherwise require bulky floor stands.

Compatibility extends to the Shure MXA910, MXA920, and MXA920W-R models, so integrators can standardize on one kit across multiple microphone types. The kit does not include Ethernet cables or ceiling anchors, leaving those choices to the installer based on the building’s structure.
