This primer-sealer is a water-based acrylic formula that penetrates deeply into concrete pores, binding sand, and cement particles to form a tough, flexible, breathable film. This waterproof seal provides tough moisture protection and longevity to exterior walls. The Seal Krete clear sealer can easily cover an area of 300 sq ft and gives painted surfaces an elastomeric coating, thus rejuvenating faded areas and strengthening the paint adhesion. This miracle seal gives water and chemical resistance without noxious odors and has a low VOC content.
