This is a used Oculus Rift S headset in fair to good condition. There are superficial scratches to the headset that I assume are from the controller being attached at the wrist and adjusting the headset during gameplay (and the controller dragging against the headset).
I put brand new batteries in the controllers then I tested the setup. It worked great on Blade & Sorcery through SteamVR!
No base stations are required for this to work. I do not have the original packaging.
