pretty good overall condition for it's age (over 20 years old), a little bit of sign of use as far as some discoloration in the interior pocket sections that aren't immediately visible, but no major flaws externally. Astonishingly, there are no tears or rips to the edges! Generally the structure is in great shape. One of the credit card slot dividers has torn as shown in the 7th photo.
