Nice Liz Claiborne chocolate brown coat jacket with removable hood XL with a waist drawstring cincher on the interior
Measures 32 inches long from the neck and 24 inches across at the chest area.
This is a very roomy XL . Not sure if it’s  rainproof, but for sure, it is water resistant as
Water beads off.
Has four pockets in the front two of them are zippered two are open. Has a zippered front with a fold over flap with snaps to keep out the wind and rain.
I would say this is a medium to heavy weighted coat in regards to weather. 
Also has drawstring for the hood to prevent hood from blowing off.
This was very lightly used. In very good condition, no tears rips or stains. Comes from a non-smoking home.I
