At the center of the room sits the 10.1-inch ThinkSmart Controller. The touchscreen provides one-tap join, meeting management, and volume control through the familiar Teams Rooms interface. Because the software is preinstalled, users simply sign in with their organization’s credentials and can start or schedule meetings without additional setup.

The Logitech camera captures the whole room through a wide angle lens and uses auto-framing to keep active speakers in view. Integrated microphones pick up voices from around the table, while built-in noise reduction helps filter out typing, HVAC, and other background sounds.
