Justrite™ Red 10 gal Oily Waste Can with foot lever opening device is made of galvanized steel that can be used for disposal of fabric soaked with solvents, thinners and other flammable liquids. Waste can measuring 13 15/16" O.D X 18 1/4" has self-closing lid that opens not more than 60 deg and closes tightly to prevent accidental ignition and spontaneous combustion. Foot-operated treadle-style pedal offers hands-free opening and carrying handle allows can to be moved easily and exterior reinforcing ribs protect against dents. It has round shape and ventilated, elevated bottom that allows air to circulate around the can and to disperse heat, prevent moisture build-up and rust. Safety meets occupational safety and Health Administration regulations and is certified by FM Global and Underwriters Laboratories.
