Details: How to store and maintain pots
① When the pot is not in use, clean, dry and place it in a ventilated, cool and dry place.
②After use and cleaning, bake it dry over low heat and apply a layer of vegetable oil. This can extend the service life of the cast iron pot and speed up the pot maintenance process.

Precautions before use:
1. First clean the new pot thoroughly, then bake it over medium heat to ensure there is no moisture in the pot and then turn to low heat.
2. Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, use chopsticks or tongs to pick up a paper towel, dip the paper towel in part of the cooking oil, and spread the oil evenly in every corner of the pot. Repeat several times, be careful of scalding your hands, and continue for 3-5 minutes. .
3. The boiling process can be repeated, usually 2-3 times for best results, each time for about 3-5 minutes
