Comes with everything you see, the neck joint broke off so the neck isn't attached completely to the body as you can see from the last photo. This is sold as is for parts, could be other issues that I missed but I do not think so. If you want most of the accessories from both versions of deadpool but dont want to buy both figures this could be the one for you.
