This gourmet spice blend is our homage to one of our favorite Thai foods, one that we almost always end up picking when we're out at our local Thai spot. With this artisan seasoning, we now make this dish at home - just adding some seasoning with coconut milk gives you the base to build on, and from there it's up to you: go heavy on basil, or make it with roast chicken, simmer long for a thick curry or thin it out for a decadent broth. We love using this seasoning too as a dry rub on chicken, pork, and shrimp before tossing them in a wok or on the grill, imparting deeply authentic Thai flavors, right from your very own kitchen.
