These EZ-Shims are engineered to support and last through any leveling process. Tested and proved to have a better load capacity than the ordinary pine and cedar shims. These heavy-duty, plastic shims can consistently support 8000 PSI. The thin end of the shim can handle just about the same amount of weight as the thickest part, which is not the case with regular wood shims. EZ-Shims are weatherproof consistent, durable, and reusable. Molded into sheets of 10, each shim is pre-scored and can be snapped clean with a tap of the hammer. These load-bearing shims are ideal for carpet transitions, light steel frame construction projects, and subfloor leveling.
