Sixteen PoE++ ports deliver up to 90 watts each, enough to run Wi Fi 6 access points, pan tilt zoom security cameras, LED lighting, or interactive kiosks without external power. Another thirty-two PoE+ ports handle phones, standard cameras, and badge readers, so an entire floor of end points can be cabled back to a single switch.

Four integrated 1 or 10 Gigabit uplink ports connect the access layer to the core with plenty of headroom for future traffic growth. Two SFP-DD ports let you stack additional 5420F units, creating a larger virtual switch that simplifies management and adds resiliency as your network expands.

A fixed internal power supply is included, and the chassis has room for a second field-replaceable supply to add redundancy in sites that demand continuous uptime.
