In a medium saucepan, combine 24 oz Carbone spicy vodka sauce with 8 oz heavy cream and bring to a simmer over med-low heat. Toss 1 lb mezzi rigatoni cooked pasta with sauce and 2 tbsp butter, and heat together for an additional 2 minutes add salt to taste and enjoy! Buon appetito!
