In addition to excellent high heat resistance, carbon fiber felt is easy to cut and can be conformed to complex curves. .170" thick 16 oz. carbon fiber felt has a 1,800°F melting temperature making it ideal for HEAVY DUTY applications: heavy sparks, spatter, and slag.
