The Black Box ACX2MT-DPHS-SM is a modular KVM transmitter that sends DisplayPort video, audio, and USB HID control over singlemode fiber as part of the Black Box DKM platform. It gives you a clean 4K experience at 30 Hz on a single display, or drives two full HD monitors when you need a dual-screen workflow.

Inside the module, intelligent EDID handling negotiates the right resolution every time you power up, so operators see the picture they expect without manual tweaks. The DisplayPort connector also passes embedded audio, allowing sound to travel to the remote screen with no extra cabling.

Two USB HID ports sit on the front panel, ready for a standard keyboard and mouse. Because the connection is HID-class only, the extender remains transparent to Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, avoiding driver headaches and keeping the setup plug-and-play.

The unit slips into a DKM FX chassis and can work as part of a large matrix switch or as a simple point-to-point link when paired with a compatible receiver.
