With the help of your doctor, you will be able to determine your ideal values, meaning, those values that you can reach under optimal circumstances, with no asthma symptoms, and feeling well overall. By using Microlife® asthma Monitor, you will be able to see if your values are within the following ranges:

Green: 80~100% of your ideal capacity. Green indicates that your respiratory disease or asthma is under control.

Yellow: 60~80% of your ideal capacity. If your values fall constantly within this range, talk to your doctor, as it may be necessary to change your medicine dose or seek an alternative treatment.

Red: under 60% This indicates that an asthma attack can happen shortly, therefore we recommend you follow your doctor's instruction or seek immediate medical assistance.
