This is a Antique early 1900s Hand painted Chinese Asian Black Laquered wood jewelry Chest - Box. It is burnished with Mother of Pearl and Brass finishes as well as hinges. Nacre decoration figures. Has 3 drawers for storage and they are lined with red silk.
It's missing part of the hardware on the bottom drawer as shown in photo and no key found as of yet. It's very heavy and in great condition for age. It is 12 inches wide and 8 inches tall and very heavy solid wood.
