She has a few marks in her legs which can be cleaned off. Her tights have a small hole, her fur jacket has some staining on the inner lining as for the skirt its pinned together. Vintage 1969 Barbie Fab Fur Outfit #1493 is the fashion jacket and skirt she is wearing.
